How it works
Clear scope, a fixed quote, and no surprises on the invoice.
- Introductory callA free conversation about what you need and whether Guidance is a good fit.
- Written proposalYou receive a scope of work and a quote: a flat fee or project price for one-time work, or a monthly rate for ongoing services.
- AgreementWork begins once you approve and sign the proposal. Larger projects may be billed in milestones.
- Delivery & invoicingInvoices are sent electronically and can be paid online by card or bank transfer. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.

Guidance provides professional services only and does not sell physical goods.
Refunds
Because services are scoped and approved before work begins, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. If Guidance is unable to complete agreed work, you will receive a refund for any prepaid amount covering work that was not delivered. Refund requests can be sent to the contact email below and are answered within two business days.
Disputes
If you have a concern about an invoice or the work delivered, please contact Guidance first. Most issues can be resolved directly, and Guidance will respond within two business days and work with you in good faith to reach a resolution before any card or bank dispute is filed.
Cancellation
- Projects: You may cancel at any time with written notice. You will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date, and any unused prepaid amount will be refunded.
- Monthly services: Plans are month-to-month. Cancel with written notice before your next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.
Promotions
Guidance does not currently run promotions. Any future offer will list its terms with the offer.
